[game][major] cant build abyssal scepter
 

so, this is my friend experience, he playing with thresh. Trying to buy abyssal scepter, when he click it, the buy-sound played but nothing happen. No gold decrease nor he get the item.

I got this too. It showed up in the SHOP item window. The bottom left of it. To fix it, I bought something else, and then it disappeared in the shop item window.

I attempted to repro this, and I couldn't get it to work - I'm sure it has since been fixed.
