Ohh how I wish I could play poppy again..
 

From my experience in season3: watching stream, hearin gpeople literally say that poppy is the worst for the current meta, all of the changes nerfed poppy fairly badly.

Even with all these awsome items I can't seem to make her work on summoner's rift. I mean are we going to see some form of rework or is she just gone for the season..?

She needs a rework badly.

I've had more success in s3 than I ever had in s2. For my s3 build i use:
cloth 5 against ad or rejuv bead, charm and pots
philo stone
boots depending on matchup
triforce
gunblade
rageblade
guardian angel (get this earlier if needed)
blade of the ruined king

I've had huge success with this build, as even if you die, you should have more than enough sustain to live in most teamfights.

Unfortunately her rework was, "Lets drop her to 450 IP and forget about her forever."

so whats wrong with her aside from the fact she cant farm well?

She is going to get reworked soon.

I'd prefer a fresh answer. The game is being updated constantly. Is it that hard to say?

didnt see much. apparently poppy is REALLY ugly now??? She looks fine to me
