Not Friends Long Enough
 

How long do you have to be someones friend before you can gift them? My friend wants to gift me a champion but it says we weren't friends long enough. Please help, I really want that champion but he can't gift it :/ I can't even gift my friend Lee Sin now. Riot, please change this or do something about it.
