Viktor is a lot better than most people think.

pretty much any AP caster who is also a melee ranged fighter (or acts like one in combat) that isn't Diana (while she's still very good right now)

Either:

a) the next hero to get buffed
b) the next hero to get his competition nerfed

You should be on pbe if you want to know the next "sleeper op" not gd
