how about people with some helpful ideas about the changes to be made.If you ppl do not offer up ideas you know good and well Riot will turn promote into a useless piece of trash,making it simply a padded number for their feature list.

Honestly without using the MULTIPLE promote strat the spell IS useless as coded NOW.I have been wanting to play around with it just as a support spell and i might play a couple games with it,although i remember it being trash back before the tower changes..again useless if multiple promotes are NOT used.

Or simply skip the change.Riot just remove promote all together,i would rather have LESS spells than a bunch of garbage i would NEVER use anyway.Problem solved
