MR possibly affecting Wit's End?
 

Would it be logical for magic resist to reduce the amount of mana lost from Wit's End? I've encountered teams that use Wit's on multiple fast-attacking characters to completely destroy any mana some champions had. For something so essential as mana to certain heroes, having no counter (besides blinds) to it is rather unfair.

wits end needs a huge buff its not funny. currently its a good item on a total of: 0 champions

it doesn't quite need a 'massive' buff, but it doesn't need this nerf, not without increasing the amount burnt to compensate

it does need a massive buff nobody ever builds it, and people who do are noobs

its a niche item that performs really well in some circumstances, if you just drastically buff it so its ok for everyday use, it becomes insane against what its good for currently

true but i really cant see any situation where buying wits end would be justified ATM

Its a team tactic to counter a caster heavy skill usage teams(Viegar, Ryze, Malph, Blitz Morg, Soraka, Taric, Alistar, Twisted, etc). Since most teams will include at least Ashe, Yi, Tryn, Mundo, Kat or even a combination of two out of the five it hasnt seen much use. If you have a Trynd and Mundo on the opposing side, then 2 out of the 5 champs recivie no effect from the writs end.

I think it was ment to counter casters, i mean it removes mana, and has magic resistance, but, with current line up of caster items, they usually have a ton of mana, not worth trying to deplete it all.

Its best use is on low mana tanks, my personaly fav is rammus. He has about 600-700 mana His spells are all slightly below, slightly above 100 mana. It really puts a hurting on him.

I buy it if I'm playing a carry and the other team is full of magic damage.
