Doesn't count as loss and earns lost elo and leave? Seriously, I just lost a winning game thanks to Pantheon who kept reconnecting and leaving game, was level 13 by end of game, 1/6 and 40 cs or so (at 25:00 was 1/5 and 6 cs).

It really would've been easier if he was afk. By constantly giving enemy free kills when disconnected, he essentially fed the entire enemy team.
