Runes Question
 

Ok so i have been combining and getting runes for about an hour now so that i can get the ones i want, but i noticed something that leads to a question.....is there a red and blue rune that increases dodge i know the yellow evasion one does, but after hours of getting runes i have not seen a blue or red one even though many of my friends have runes of all three colors that do the same thing i.e decrease cool downs, increase attack speed, mana, health....i noticed that for everything except dodge there is a rune in each color.....so is there a dodge rune for red and blue or am i just wasting my time thanks....

There aren't red or blue dodge runes in the generator.
