Olaf needs buff
 

With all the recent changes in LoL, there have been many indirect nerfs on Olaf and honestly, he can get bursted in 2 seconds. He just isn't strong anymore and although he is a fast jungler, there are better picks. He is just medicore now and really needs a buff so he can be strong in game.

I completely agree with you on this.
Olaf used to be God-tier and seemingly unstoppable, but as of right now, I replayed Olaf just last week, I honestly think he's drastically underpowered, he can like you stated get bursted down to nothing in 2 seconds.

And most of his attack hits for spit, his only good skill left is like, Undertow to slow, then Vicious Strikes them to do damage, the true damage is a joke now, and his ulti is either a really good escape mechanism or........... yeah that's about it.


but yeah, not only olaf has suffered this, but a lot of champions too have been heavily damaged to some of the new changes like the influx of new heroes with better skills and abilities then some of the old ones.

Yeah I remember when Olaf was an amazing hero who, if in the right hands, could dominate but now... not so much lol. His ulti can be used to run in and he can do all his damage in 6 seconds but when that is gone the whole team can easily switch to kill him in very little time. Its better as an escape mechanism rather than playing offensive. He doesn't do a lot of damage anymore and his slow isn't that great. The concept is cool and all but a slow that lasts like 2 seconds or so, and then reapplying it now and then isn't that strong anymore. Its more viable to get a phage and just use undertow once and continually whacking with a reckless strike here and there.

If you don't think Olaf is overpowered, you aren't playing him right.

Olaf needs a buff, he just isn't as strong as he use to be

if u think he's OP there's something wrong with u his damage reduction on his ult's next to useless on anyone besides AS champs and he can't catch an enemy unless they don't move while he's coming to them/blows his summoner spells ghost/exhaust/ or hits with his slow whcih only works for 2.5 seconds which isn't long enough. what's the point of his armor pen if he can't even catch up to an enemy to hit them in the first place.

The fact that you think Olaf should get Rylai's Crystal Scepter because you think that it gives him 35% extra slow on his axe already explains volumes on how ignorant you are.

First of all, the axe is an AoE skill so the amount of base slow from Rylai's is 15%. But also, the added slow is multiplicative of the original amount and not added onto it.

Also, Olaf is one of the only champions that doesn't benefit at all from AP. Yet you built AP on him...

Ok I can maybe understand why you get Rylais, but throw another reap of gold away on AP for Gunblade? Focusing on CD reduction and spamming skills is a good idea, everything else isn't. In fact I'm having a hard time to believe you play Ranked games, or even Random games, and get good results with this build.

I mained Olaf for a long time. You are bad. That thread is bad. Ryalias is bad in him because he has ZERO Ap ratios. He is not on par with other bruisers. His jungle ranking tier is bad. He needs a rework.
