New Features

New Tutorial Now Playable: Tutorial is a new option choice after selecting Play from the landing page
New Announcer System: New Announcer Voice and New Announcement Text. The audio levels for the new announcer do not match the old levels. Players that have changed their default audio settings may want to adjust the volume levels in game to match the following list. 100 means the slider is all the way to the right and 50 means the slider is in the middle:
- Master Volume: 100
- Music: 50
- Sound Effects: 100
- Characters: 50
- Announcer: 50
New Alternate Attack Animations: Now certain champions have alternate and critical strike attack animations. We will be adding more animations for more champions in future releases
Players who disconnect or leave a game prematurely will have their character automatically use Recall back to base.
Pets can now be controlled after selecting them with a left mouse click. Left clicking elsewhere or pressing escape will return selection to the hero. (Original Pet control through alt clicking is still in place and can be used instead)

Champions

A New Champion Approaches: Nasus, the Curator of the Sands
- Siphoning Strike: Nasus strikes his foe, dealing damage and increasing the power of his future Siphoning Strikes if he slays his target.
- Wither: Nasus ages his target, decelerating their movement and attack speeds over 5 seconds.
- Spirit Fire: Nasus unleashes a delayed spirit flame at a location, dealing damage and reducing the armor of enemies who stand on it.
- Avatar of Death: Nasus assumes his true form, the Avatar of Death. While in this form he gains additional Health and Attack Speed, and drains nearby enemies' max health and converts it into bonus damage for the duration of the skill.
- Soul Eater (Passive): Nasus drains his foe's spiritual energy, giving him a natural Lifesteal.

Anivia
- Glacial Storm
  - Now cancels if Anivia is stunned/silenced
- Flast Frost
  - Timer before Flash Frost can explode reduced by .2 seconds
- Crystalize
  - Reduced the duration of the push effect
- Frost Bite
  - Reduced Base Damage from 55/90/125/160/195 to 55/85/115/145/175
- Rebirth
  - Now goes on cooldown even when it doesn't complete

Annie
- Incinerate
  - Increased Ability Power Ratio from .5 to .6
- Summon: Tibbers
  - Increased Ability Power Ratio from .6 to .7

Blitzcrank
- Static Field
  - No longer silences
  - Reduced Cooldown from 60 to 40
- Rocket Grab
  - Increased Projectile Speed from 1550 to 1800

Corki
- Stats
  - Reduced Base Mana Regen from .88 to .8
  - Reduced Mana Regen per Level from .08 to .07

- Crowstorm: (Remake) Now targets a location to teleport to when channeling completes (built in mini flash)
- Passive (Remake): negative Magic Resist Aura Debuff

Gangplank
- Stats
  - Lowered Base Armor from 22 to 20
  - Increased Armor per Level from 2.2 to 2.8
  - Lowered Base Crit from 3.7 to 3
  - Increased Magic Resist per Level from 0 to 1.25
- Cannon Barrage
  - Increased Damage per Cannonball from 150/200/250 to 160/220/280
  - Increased Slow % from 40/50/60 to 40/55/70

Janna
- Changed name from the Avatar of Air to the Storm's Fury
- Zephyr
  - Increased Cast Speed
  - Now properly labeled as a slowing spell

Katarina
- Stats
  - Added 1.25 Magic Resist per level
- Bouncing Blades
  - Increased Healing Reduction duration from 3 to 7
- Killer Instinct
  - Modified Cooldown from 20 to 23/21/19/17/15
  - Changed Stacking Attack Speed to Stacking +4/5/6/7/8 Damage
- Shunpo
  - Now applies damage after the teleport
  - Can no longer Shunpo to yourself
  - Reduced Ability Power Ratio from 1 to .8
  - Fixed a bug that caused Katarina to have a mana bar
  - Now slows for 15% with Rylai's Scepter

  - Now scales on either 20% of Ability Power of 15% or Physical Damage (whichever is higher)

NEW: Deathfire Grasp: Mid Tier Ability Power / Magic Resist Item: When you hit a unit with a spell, you damage it for 10% of their current health (5% for multi target spells). Deals reduced damage if your last cast was fewer than 4 seconds ago
NEW: Brutalizer: Low Tier Damage / Armor Penetration Item: 10% Cooldown Reduction
Elixir of Fortitude: Modified Health from 350 to 230 - 400 (based on level)
Elixir of Agility: Modified Critical Strike % from 20 to 12 - 21 (based on level)
Thornmail: Now reflects damage calculated before Armor
Mejai's Soulstealer: Now gains 5 Ability Power on Assist
Heart of Gold: Reduced Sell Back from 70% to 50%

Boots of Mobility
- Fixed an issue causing you to retain the movement speed 5 despite dealing damage
- Reduced movement speed 5 reset time from 7 to 5

Madred's Bloodrazor: Increased Max Health damage from 2% to 2.5%
Last Whisper: Reduced Combine Cost from 750 to 500
Rejuvination Bead: Reduced Health Regen from 10 to 8 per 5

Philosopher Stone
- Reduced Health Regen from 28 to 22.5 per 5

Summoners

New Spell: Ignite: Deals 50 damage plus 25 damage per level over 5 seconds. This damage is not lowered by armor or magic resistance.
New Spell: Clarity: Restores 100 + 15 x level Mana to your Champion and 50% of that to nearby allies.
New Mastery: Burning Embers: While your Ignite spell is on cooldown, your champion has an additional 10 ability power.
New Mastery: Insight: Clarity will now grant 100% of mana to allies.
Teleport: Increased Cooldown from 4 ½ minutes to 5
Cleanse: Reduced Cooldown from 120 to 100
Fortify: Now applies Splash Damage

Turrets

Moved Turrets to allow players to path around them on Summoner Rift
Turrets can no longer be dodged
Rotated Turrets to face the proper direction
Decreased Global XP from 300 to 270
Decreased Attack Range from 750 to 700
Turrets now gain scaling damage per hit against champions
- 1st shot = 75% damage
- Each additional shot increases damage by 25% (200% cap)
- Damage bonus clears after 4 seconds of not attacking a champion

HUD Changes and Optimizations

Shop: Higher level item builds are now on the top instead of the right hand side
Shop: The home button in the left pane was changed to a icon
Top Bar: Kill/Death/Assist labels were changed to icons: Dagger, Skull and Hand respectively
Character Info: Re-skinned the borders for the character info to match the look of the interface
Character Info: Widened the window
Options window(s): Widened the window
Optimizations to performance of the HUD at lower frame rates
Added Stop ‘V’ and when holding down Hold ‘H’ it works like stop until it’s lifted.

General

Fixed a bug which made some icons show up with incorrect colors.
Baron Nashor: Can no longer be outranged by Lich, Tristana, or Cardmaster
Recall: Now has a buff icon and sound
Summoning Beacon particles at the start of the game.
