Hi, so it's been mentioned twice that Arizonans can't participate. Is it possible to wave whatever stupid law we have so that we can participate? Maybe we could agree to only be able to receive RP (we can only place as a runner up)? Or perhaps use an address of an out-of-state family member/friend?

There are alot of states in the US that cant be part of some contest. For example I know for a fact rhode island people couldnt partake in NcSoft Beauty and the beast AION contest bc of the local government |

Uh, I've just drawn jax.. On paper, and i can't get it to a .JPG format with high def. It will look horrible, any idea's on what to do? maybe a mailing adress?

@unholysoul: What are you using to save the image? How did you get it onto your computer? There are certain things you can do to improve the quality when getting things into a digital form. |

Kay so mine is traditional art, ( tea stained picture ) So when I'll have to upload it onto my computer by taking a picture, which doesn''t always look good. How badly would this affect my chances in the judging?
