I just tried in a custom and it wouldn't let me swap, so I don't think it's 'all' games
Does this mean we can swap in normals though?

Could you also get round to fixing the latency bar so it says in numbers what latency you have.
Also revert the nerf on Ahri with the adding .25 second inbetween casts it really hurts her in terms of escape/teamfights/chase to the point of if she gets 1 cc on her she will certainly die.

What about the Champions not coming up in the champ select during ranked? :(

I don't see anything about the problem that some people have with picking champions.
They either see no roster or if they click a champion, they will autolock something else.
Last night I picked Shen and got Trundle.

Any idea on when that will be fixed/is it known?

Good stuff with the other changes though!
