Just a critique, but the facial expressions all look about the same. There's maybe a few variations, like the subtle smile on ashe and the look on grell, but they're generally a look of boredom. No offense, but their facial expression pretty much sets the tone of the picture. The akali one I'd say would work since it seems like she's taking a break and daydreaming, but the ahri one is telling me she doesn't enjoy (or any other emotion for that matter) collecting spirit energy to do whatever it is she does with it.

The detailing on tibbers kinda steals the show from annie. If that's what you were going for, then i guess that's ok, but I'm assuming you're not because the picture doesn't tell me to focus on tibbers. If the focus was meant to be on tibbers, there should be less emphasis on annie. As it looks now, it doesn't seem like annie's directing the show.

They're good drawings, but I just wanted to throw my 2cents in.

I think your portrayal of extreme expressions requires a little work. Ahri for example, would more likely have a mischievous smile on her face. She's sort of a free spirit. Ashe is also portrayed in her original splash art to be confident, as such she could also have a cocky look. Your portrayal of Ashe feels right though, I guess Ashe could be like that in some moments.

You should try doing some characters with scowls, laughs or smiles (more clear smiles at least) as it would help your art greatly when you try to come up with poses and the like.
