So i've tried a few times updating PBE and tried repairing it but didnt work. Each time I get to about league of legends.exe I get this message

Failed to download or extract all required updates files after several attempts. Please ensure that you have a stable Internet connection, and that you have sufficient hard disk space.
(Error : 0xc1e90006)

Please help! I really want to play PBE!

I have the same problem but I haven't seen a solution yet.

Have you tried to run it as administrator

i just closed and reopened. worked

this

1. Close and reopen.
2. Run as administrator
3. Change language to second english

try each in order

I closed and reopened like 20 times didnt work lol

Tried all. Didnt work
