Demacia seems kinda scary cuz of the extreme laws, but at least its not a murder capital......yeah Demacia, i could get music lessons from Miss Sona :3

Noxus, because I think I would favor a meritocracy over a totalitarian, mainly because of its long-term stability, and values that would fit better to my personal moral code.

Demacia, without question. I'll take overly strict laws* over being killed in the streets and nobody caring because "might is right."

*Overly strict. Hah. Sivir got 90 days for what she did. She'd get more than that in Canada.
