Other than that? Sunfire + tanky on everyone. Darien is right, there's no point to building damage when it barely scales at all.

Because in lower levels of play, I have to build some form of damage on my top in order to carry my garbage AD carry.

More seriously though, just because it works at the highest echelon of play doesn't mean it should work anywhere near as well at the lower levels.
