Level balancing
 

I think its unfair to balance a level 15 out with a level 30 on TT when the other team is all level 19-22. The 30 always dominates and wins because they have more masteries and runes.

Not true. Skill plays more of a role than masteries and pages.

The additional runes on the 1 30, more than makes up for the lack of runes on the 19-22s.

Not true. two level 21's have two instances of 21 point masteries. They also have 42 tier 3 runes.

A lvl 30 and a lvl 12 (9 levels up and 9 down respectively) have 30 tier 3 runes, and 12 tier two runes (weaker total than the above pair) They also only have one 21 point mastery.

I'd say the even pair is stronger 2v2 than the lopsided pair.

PLUS, most people don't take T2's anyway, so the lvl 12 most likely has T1 runes.
