This isn't a republic, the USA is formed as the amalgamation of an autocracy, an aristocracy, and a bicameral legislature comprising an elected Senate, under which is a federal system wherein a number of sovereign states surrender parts of their sovereignty to the federal government.

All of these labels to describe governments are just fancy words for haves and have nots.

you are very misinformed. Almost every corporation pays taxes. it's called a franchise tax, and being that the majority of corporations are incorporated in Delaware, which has a franchise tax, you are very wrong

The franchise tax has existed in Delaware for over 50 years.

More than 50% of all publicly traded companies are incorporated in Delaware.
