My account got suspended 3 days for leaving the team when it was game error and reconnected = /. Also I downloaded an update? When I opened the game again downloaded automatically, those reasons were given for the suspension after winning and exit the game .

The suspension was a Leaverbuster suspension. They are based on how often you afk/leave games within a certain period of time. It will not be overturned. The update thing is because your client crashed. The crash was most likely caused by a file error on your system, not anything Riot did.

This and 1 disconnect cannot get you banned sums it up.
