Does this mean I am banned from the forums?

If so, can you inform me why I was banned. So I can reform my posts in the future?

It's a problem with your cookies, I believe. Completely delete all your cookies and internet history - close your browsers first - and then reload and try signing in again.

Log out from the LoL forums and website. Go to the main page and login there. It should work.

The cookies don't need to be cleared, it's a bug with double login on the LoL website that gets confused and starts acting like you aren't logged in on the forums.
