are you applying for some kind of senior marketing position?

10 years of experience isn't a stretch if you are trying to get into anything "not entry level" especially for a multi-billion dollar conglomerate.

Cause people will tell you to either fake it till ya make it or leverage their experience in high school, middle school and such as part of that 10 year experience. Assuming they have actually been successful at something that can be quantified to be worth something of value instead of "I was there".

Ya...that's not ridiculous for a company that's serious about their product. Would you let someone who doesn't show commitment manage your brand?

School: "When you get out of here everyone will be at your door step trying to hire you for all the jobs you can Imagine"

Reality: "You believed that shit, LMAO, why the heck would I want you when there are 100 000 people with your schooling and 10+ years of experence"

Pay and benefits does not equate to required amount of experience to perform the job.

Responsibility of tasks is more responsible for the experience required.

Riot has a pool of millions to pick from, why make it easy on you? 10 years+ is the expectancy for mid management I would assume.

I know from reading some of the posts red's make that they clearly hire their entry level people out of high school.
