Riot has better things to do with their time than play a simple game with you.

to top it off Riot loves their community and generally has no problems playing with them
People like you in the community make it to where the game is not enjoyable and just a compitition to try to achieve the highest elo possible.

Well when I helped a friend we got an employee in a matter of hours so I'm going to attempt the same thing for myself maybe I can get RiotPenguin again =P
