why isnt TSM playing in it?

if you are talking about the NA qualifiers being streamed over this weekend (1/11 - 1/13). These are qualifiers and based on last seasons performance by TSM, CLG.NA, and Dignitas have already qualified and are not competing for a spot, as it is now TSM, CLG.NA, Dignitas, Fear, GGU, CRS, and TBC have all qualified and now all that remains is the winner of the "consolation bracket" if you will which has Dirtnap in the finals against the winner of MRN and MP.

Anyway, this is probably way more than you wanted but the key is these are QUALIFIERS for season three, not really a tournament with a single winner.
