For public safety, we feel compelled to inform you that biker gang activity has been on the rise all across Runeterra. Ever since the last patch, red graffiti has been showing up in the cities and townships from Demacia to Noxus. A dissident group aptly known as the “Vandals” has claimed responsibility for this unprecedented rise in property crime.

Sketch artists from the Institute of War have released the following image. Should you encounter any persons that meet the following description, please approach with caution.

The Vandals have scheduled a rally for this Monday, the 24th of January at the League of Legends store, and have invited all those enthusiasts interested in learning more about Hextech choppers to attend. Please be careful should you choose to participate.
