I see what you did there!!! Anyway I think they made a huge step in the right direction for Gangplank. If anything though reduce the slow at max to 25%. And MAYBE possibly remove GSB from applying it.

I don't know. Gangplank is really strong. He gets a built-in gold boost, built in cleanse, self-heal, perma slow, awesome burst damage, and a global ult good for clearing lanes or assisting in team fights. He is one champ that is just about impossible to escape from. He also snowballs hardcore. Once he is fed, he's pentakill ready.
