When I have over 500 ap and can't even hit someone for 1/5 of their helth bar (not being a tank) he is weak no ifs ands or buts.. I run 15 base magic pen. (from rune book) and 15% (from masteries) and havoc combined with sorc boots and a void staff. considering any other mage at 500 with that pen. can destroy people with one cycle and vlad can't means he's too weak to be a viable mage anymore.

Also I remember when i could actually survive as him in a teamfight and now it's impossible due to the cooldown nerfs he got which i forgot to mention in my first post.

I agree, Vlad certainty isn't what he used to be. He lifesteals a lot, but he has no CC and medium damage.

I do well with him still, most of the time, but outside laning phase your contribution is minimal. He's basically a walking ult in teamfights.

You are doing it wrong. You have to time your ult to work with your team's aoe damage. Also, double cast annie doesn't represent the strength of most ap casters.

Up until the last nerf, even SYDTKO considered Vlad OP.

The simple fact is that any buffs would seriously run the risk of making him OP again.

Zileas please revert ALL his nerfs

and simply give him a new passive
