Ryze would be a great candidate for this. Add a .25 second silence to his W so he has a viable interrupt for channels.

Why does everyone think this?

Amumu's Ult is still a snare, but it is a special case that stops auto-attacks as well.

Maybe they should just change it to a root-blind (Which does the same thing).
