Ok, so the other day I was having a conversation with one of my buddies

Discussion was: who does better with attack speed items? Annie or Brand

So, Annie and Brand's skill does pretty good dmg by itself (since their built that way)
and I just wanted to know, who will do better as dps/attack speed?

Previously I bought attack speed items on Annie (you know..just to have fun) and ended up with somewhere around 11 kills and 3 death (normal game of course)

NOTE: I know that attack speed items on Annie or Brand is not effective so don't cry about it

probobly Annie, because her stun is more 'on demand' and tibbers will still be effective.

It is probably a tossup.

The problem with "AD Annie" is that her base speed is .579 instead of the usual .625. This means all Attack Speed items are automatically about 10% less effective on her. She also has a lousy natural AS progression, meaning she really NEEDs the AS.


Brand has the full AS, though still a bad natural AS progression. But his range blows.


These are the built-in factors that prevent AD versions of most caster types from being particularly effective.

I actually have a screenshot of an AD Annie that was on my team. His final score was 12/9/15 with 2 Phantom Dancers, Boost of Swiftness, Warmogs, Black Cleaver, and a Sword of the Divine.
