Does anyone even realize how awesome Riot is? They just had a catastrophic failure of the entire system and fixed it in under three and a half hours of realizing there was a problem. There is no other game company on the planet (with the possible exception of Blizzard) which would be able or even willing to do that. If it was anyone other than Riot, we'd be stuck until normal business hours tomorrow. This is why I buy RP.
