Greetings summoners,
Sivir, the Battle Mistress is one of my favorite champions. She excells at gathering hordes of gold and Sivir-ly increasing her team's chances of winning. Despite her straightforward nature, she has a large number of extremely varied builds. This spotlight focuses on a pushing, supporting, buff-grabbing variant.
Check out the video just below and scroll farther down for more detailed information on build, strategy, and playstyle.
Sivir deals both physical and magical damage in large numbers. Boomerang Blade has a 1:1 AP ratio both on the way forward and back. Provided you can land the shot repeatedly, you can play AP Sivir for a lot of damage. The safer build relies more on her basic attack, relying on Ricochet to cut apart enemy teams. Her Spell Shield is deserving of at least 1 point extremely early in the game, often at level 2. If you have good reflexes and prediction skills, Spell Shield becomes a source of mana regeneration, further increasing your lane presence.
While I execute a neutral/push/support build in the video, another common build is pure physical DPS, typically still investing in Stark's Fervor and Chalice of Harmony, but quickly amassing Bloodthirsters and a Last Whisper or Youmuu's Ghostblade.
