QA. Normally one of the worst jobs in the industry, because your job it to point out everyone else;'s mistakes and make them hate you. Good thing Riot isn't like that.

How about an EE who has general knowledge of CS and CE. I can program in Java and C#. I also know some Verilog but i assume you don't build custom hardware.

I had submitted my resume and cover letter to prod@riotgames for a QA analyst position. Would my resume be also considered for the engineering position given that I mention the interest in the position as well as highlight appropriate skill set? Or should I simply resubmit, this time specifically applying for the engineering position? In terms of my credentials, I have had practical software, automated data acquisition experience, but not to the degree that the website mentions.

Some computer scientists have no computer knowledge at all and just do algorithms. Some computer engineers have only touched C or Python. I know physicists that know more about programming than both these majors.

Tl;dr: Degree should only be +1.
