QQQQQQQQQ. Two full games? Oh no! I'm honestly surprised you got a response at all after blatantly bad mouthing riot and their employees in the op.
It happens. Match making is based on ELO and averages. People queue together and it can make things a little strange, especially seeing how a level two player is more of less completely unranked. (imo, this really is honestly unfortunate thing, as a level two who make sure he is NOT feeding is more than made up for with a level 30 outplaying everybody else with his/her experience.) It's not like you can restrict friends from playing with each other. =P But you can see how this makes it a bit more complex, league is a team game and there is a lot of things that are difficult to, or can't necessarily be accounted for. I CAN promise you though, that this annoyance does improve greatly at higher levels of play. So just keep your chin up, and keep at it. Enjoy yourself, LoL is truly an awesome game.
Not that this is exact justification (as level and ELO are completely different things), but look at your teams. You are all around level fourteen while they have a level two and a level nine. Notice that both your team averages to the same level, (13.2.).
P.S. You do realize that "rarer" and "less frequent" are, in fact, synonymous right? I mean hell, 9/10 is LESS FREQUENT than 10/10. Just hang in there until you are at a level of play with a bit more balance and let match making do it's thing.
