It seems I come accross more reds that post on useless stupid **** or trying to make jokes and be funny so that they can be popular, instead of actually doing their f.cking job and helping to answer questions and provide feedback. There are only a few reds doing this. This is one of the many ways in which riot is going downhill.

Yeah, it's terrible that they actually communicate with the community and try to get on our level and have conversations with us. They should be a faceless entity only here for our money.

Most of the times, they don't comment because things they say are taken out of context and/or they're not going to go out on a limb to comment on something they really have no power over. And it makes sense for them to comment on something that has no real repercussions, when they have 5 minutes of downtime, as opposed to getting in trouble with engaging in an argument with a player over certain decisions.

Read some of the more major rant threads and you'll see some actual red responses that try to address everything.
