It was raining hard that night, hard enough to wash the memory of those e-mails - bit by bit, draining away into the internet abyss. I hadn't heard from the big man in over a week and the 'dragon was giving me the shifty eye. I knew I had to go out and find a support request on my own. The rain cleared my head as it cleared the air, and for the first time in days I felt neither full of caffeine nor jitterbugs. As I paced the familiar pages of the League of Legends support site, my eyes took me wherever they wished - and so I found myself outside Chakra123's door. I knew something was wrong even before I saw the kind words on the screen. I felt it. The whole scene was off, and the rotten fact that your referral points were missing only further complicated things - almost made me turn around and leave. But I owed it to Chakra123, and I owed it to myself. I knew this, and yet I stood there in the dim rain, on the threshold of something dark and tangled. I clicked on the text box and reached to the keyboard instinctively. In my left paw I felt my response hand tingling like Parrrley - I always kept it loaded. In my right paw, my coffee - that always kept me loaded. My hands couldn't decide which I was after, so I settled for both. Taking a swig, I started typing. You could have called the coffee a necessary courage to assist with the appealing business of searching for answers, but deep down I knew where this job had taken me. I'd found the dashingly dapper detective in myself. Things weren't working in the halls of the League and that crime-riddled Bilgewater wasn't going to take care of itself, that much was clear. I'd played my hand like any other support extraordinaire. Well now someone had done a number on Chakra123 and that Saltwater Scourge out there would be looking to reshuffle the deck in his favor. I let out a sigh of relief, and pressed Submit |

Other ones just aren't my cup of tea. Hearing Sublime makes me cringe a little bit.
