I'm confused about these central buffs? Does each team have a different buff? In the video I watched the team that TotalBiscuit was on didn't get the size increase buff when they got their central buff. But the other team did.

Both buffs in the middle are the same size increasing, shield, damage buff. They are tied to the teams tho, so each team has one for them that the other team can not pick up.

He was playing a tiny champion so it's hard to notice. But if you watch again, annie gets slightly bigger when she gets the buff.

Their team buff was the lightning buff.
Each team has a different buff.
