So who's idea was it to give Talon an immensely better version of Sivir's Q? And with recolored boomerangs?

Hah, well, eccentric software engineers turned opinionated game designers with years of being a key role on the most popular diablo 2 mod are in short supply. Plus, we want different design styles on the team because you know... they appeal to different people.

Volty has done a lot this year too -- Vayne, Leona, Maokai, Skarner.

I'm not sure what you just said, but I know what I'm going to say -- which is that armored bears are terrible.

Who designed Karma? They had a neat concept but it failed miserably.
