Sound is extremely low

After this recent patch my in game sound has been so low I can barely hear it even with my speakers maxed(which is not good imo). I've tried reinstalling and deleting the game directory, but nothing has worked. This is really aggravating...to say the least. Any help or directions would be awesome.

I know this probably doesn't need to be asked, but just to be clear moving forward... Have you double checked all of your windows audio settings to make sure nothing has changed? Also double check your audio settings on the game side of things to make sure nothing was adjusted.

I have changed nothing with regards to my audio set up, also verifying that the audio levels are maxed out within Windows (I have a separate volume dial to control the audio level). I also have noticed that sound effects and champion voices require me to turn it up more than usual since last patch. I did not report as I thought that I was the only one.

Hey Guys, If you could answer a few more questions it will help us try and track down what is going on and get it resolved.

What sound cards are you using?
Also are any of you using voice chat when this is occurring? (If so which programs)
Does changing your volume sliders have any effect on your levels? (different from the questions above as this one relates to whether the sliders have any effect at all when you adjust them)

I will post the information when I leave the office. I would not call it extreme loss of sound but it seems like audio levels are a bit reduced.

I'm not on my personal computer so I'll have to get back to you on my sound card, but I run Mumble (open before League opens) and when I adjust the volume slider on my sound mixer in matchmaking/game clients, I do get my full sound back.

I get this problem all the time when i call a friend via skype and the round has already started. The game sounds all go down even if i adjust the settings. But if i call the friend BEFORE starting the game then everything is ok.

My sound card is a built into my motherboard an Asus M4A89GTD PRO.
I sometimes use skype or TS but this problem exists even when those programs are closed.
In game sound is at max, according to the sliders.
And I've never messed with my windows audio settings.
Sorry I didnt post this sooner but I had kinda given up. Thanks for the reply.
