In regards to ranked Dominion:

Depends on your guys, really. We want to turn it on when you guys feel that things are ready for ranked play, both in terms of the map balance and general awareness of how to play the map.

30. I believe Riot tried to do sub-30 for SR ranked for some time . . . Obviously, that did not go well enough for them to allow them to do ranked anymore.

implying match making would ever do this unless your premading with a level 25
