(Seriously, the GW artists are fking creative. I wish every company had people as good as them. Especially Riot. Their designs tend to fall on the predictable side.)

I too would be interested in this.

I encourage you and your co-workers to develop a website where you can showcase your art -- including raw, unedited work. I find that sometimes the best art never makes it past the cutting room floor because it didn't fit the "theme" of the game or content despite being amazing.
