Power wise, I am personally satisfied, however her heal itself feels beyond underwhelming.
In my eyes, the heal amount, at max level, was fine due to the low CD, and being an instant heal (Notice taric and soraka has a small cast time). The speed boost was also appreciated, being a 100% uptime if you wanted it to.

However, now with a huge CD, and lower AP, the heal is a joke. The Speed boost is not better in my experience due to how short it is. Sure it's ghost range, but ghost has 1) noticeably longer duration 2) run through minions (Which is an amazing help in a lane). Personally I'd like the old AP ratio, and a better design on the Speed boost.
