Recent champions are really unsatisfying to play

I don't know how to describe it exactly, but Renekton (while not all that recent) is a great example of what I mean. I'm not saying he's bad, it's just that his abilities don't do much. Riven is another great example. Sure her abilities look like they're doing a lot, but they don't do very much damage and are really just there to charge her passive. Even the recently re-worked champions (Tryndamere (who I'm still sad about) and Kayle) have gotten much less satisfying to play. Trynd especially does like a third the damage he used to. I hate to do this, but compare LoL heroes with HoN heroes. The HoN heroes are so much more satisfying. Why am I saying this now? I just don't like the direction this game is going. Champions are getting less and less interesting, and I don't think I'm the only one getting really bored of this game.

Renekton is like in top 3 most fun champs in the game. Yeah, he doesn't 2 shot people so if that's what you want then play an assassin.

Bruisers aren't fun to play*

It's more fun to kill than not die and nobody realizes this anymore. Which is why we have this miserably tanky meta.

Never played HoN (and i dont feel like goin to do it, i <3 LoL) but IMO Riven is superfun! and her abilities do pretty high dmg, at least for me i feel so OP getting doublekills out of master yi and tryndamer on 2vs1 =9

I love playing renekton. He's got so many tricks he can pull off, while at the same time being a terrifying meatwall. Slice and dice can set up so many shenanigans.
