Well you did get a response that basically answered all of your questions. You cant speak for other people who got suspended and you think they are decent guys, you have no idea what they do or say in every game that they are in.
They have the proof of a game or several games where someone did something that they should not have done. No Riot is not going to share that information with you, so theres no point in asking to see the proof, many people have already asked and emailed Riot but they currently have NO plans to change that policy.
One advantage of not telling you what specificly led to your punishment is that everyone will pay more attention and adhere to the summoners code, which is why the constantly remind us of it. There are no loopholes to the system, if you break the code you do so knowing that you are at risk for being punished.
