PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
This post has been created to inform potential skin buyers on the possibility of recently released skins that may be featured in an upcoming sale. Newly released skins may go on sale as early as three months after public release; however, this is all subject to change. With the exception of Limited-Edition and Legendary-status skins, every skin released before Dec. 5th has received a sale prior to the latest skin sale announcement, or is currently in the "unofficial" skin sale Blacklist. The next sale may contain at least 1 skin from the list below.

All skins not listed here have been placed on sale before, are currently on sale now or have just been announced to be going on sale in a couple of days. The only exceptions to these rules are either Limited-Edition or Legendary-status skins. "Blacklisted" skins are still eligible for skin sales.
With this in mind, it is advisable that you don't buy these skins unless you really want them NOW. (If that's the case, don't complain if you bought it and it happens to go on sale shortly afterwards).

Champion Sales History take #2 by Aestrivex.
Skins are always nice, but they can't be bought without purchasing the champion first. But what happens when that Champion you want costs a little too much in IP? An option is to wait for its RP sale.
Aestrivex is currently updating the thread regarding past Champion sales (which was first made by Eat Orange Be K), and has been doing a good job at keeping it up-to-date. Wait a minute... If Eat Orange got replaced by Aestrivex, does that mean I'll be replaced soon?

What are the prices for RP sales?
RP prices are usually reduced by 50%, unless otherwise stated, with remainders rounded down. Relative to the RP price tiers, this means that:
1350 RP skins should be marked down to 675 RP.
975 RP skins will (usually) be marked down to 487 RP.
750 RP skins will be marked down to 375 RP.
520 RP skins will be marked down to 260 RP.
390 RP skins will be marked down to 195 RP.

When are the skin sales announced? When do they take place?
On usual, skin sales are announced 1 day before they go into effect. A normal week of sales runs from Tuesday - Friday, then from Friday - Monday.
Without much interference from any major events or holidays, announcements may be posted on Mondays to announce the next Tuesday - Friday sale, and on Thursdays to announce the next Friday -Monday sale.

What is the Skin Sale Checklist? How does it work?
The Skin Sale Checklist lists the latest skins released by Riot that will be featured in future sales. Skins are entered into the checklist after 3 months of their official release, where they'll most likely to be featured in upcoming skin sales should Riot's marketing team like to place them so. If the skin has not received a sale within 6 months of official release, they are moved into the "unofficial" Riot Skin Sale Blacklist, where they will still await to be placed on a sale.

Why is my favorite champion skin Blacklisted? What does it mean? Will it ever go on sale?
I would like to take a moment to explain how the "unofficial" Riot Skin Sale Blacklist works.
First of all, the word "blacklist" means "to be excluded, banned, refused of services", among others. Skins usually go on sale 3 to 6 months after being released. This is not always true. And since the Skin Sale Checklist keeps growing, certain items much be removed to make way for new content.
Blacklisted skins will (eventually) go on sale, as evident by two previously-blacklisted skins: Bilgerat Rumble and Full Metal Pantheon.
