kat needs a rework ult reliant champ is fail champ sure u can get good ult off but she is pretty much like nunu...countered by every champ and their mom as soon as u jump out at any point expect to melt

Shunpo is a single target spell

shunpo>ult= 35% slow with ult

if anythings needs to be fixed is cassie's E and vlads Q that dont give single target stats from rylais, but they did that change for balance purpose

those changes on Kat were not working as intended and needed to be fixed

Seems consistent to me. Those spells had been like that forever. If fixing Sona's 20% damage bug was a buff, this should definitely be viewed as a nerf.

She is like Nunu;

1. Lure enemy team near bush.
2. Initiate ultimate.
3. ?????
4. Profit!

She is a champion with a channel ability and it has all the weaknesses inherent in the fact that it is a channel ability, and also all the strengths (ridiculous damage to compensate). Unfortunately the rest of her kit doesn't really fill in, meaning her Q, and W don't make up for her lack of ult damage. Her E is good damage and amazing utility on a low cooldown with no cost though, so that's a plus.

I really, really like Kat but she is just not viable right now. She would be alot better if you changed her W.
