Umm thats how most games on the competitive stage already are... ~2 kills on each team at the 25 minutes mark. One team gets 3 towers down, becomes unstoppable, and wins in 35 minutes with the kill score being sometihng like 7-4 or something small. People severely underestimate how much global gold a tower gives. If you're down 3 towers and are of equal high ELO, thats more than free 3 dragons. Ask CLG how giving away 3 free dragons feel...
The point of the game isnt kills... its towers and the nexus...
