Dominion tower moving bug

Just played a game of Dominion and when i capped a tower it moved to the right after i finished capping it. Also when the quest came up we had to cap that point and when we did the quest just ended we didn't get the buff or the -20hp to enemy nexus.Has this happened to anyone else?
