Thanks to Peakx for pointing out the header. If you look at the top of the email, there should be a link that directs you to here which will explain a little more about getting emails from Riot Games.

Hi Marcian - unfortunately, with every research study or survey, we have a list of requirements for those that have been selected that we cannot disclose. Even though you may not have been selected for this study, we are always looking to players and the community to help us gauge how to improve the game so there will definitely be more opportunities in the future.

You should tell your IT that your domain is blacklisted and also setup a seperate mail relay for mass mails so you dont get blacklisted (like you are now). Also your SPF record looks wrong, if im not mistaken.
