Riot doesn't tell anyone when they are going to release skins before the post something official in announcements. Or teaser's in the announcements as the case may be.

Either way they are being very quiet on the subject of French maid Nidalee and no one knows when she will be released.

Nope. : (

Tibbers stays the same for all of her skins. It would be cool if Riot goes back and redoes them at some point. And they have been touching up skins recently so there is hope.
