Summoners!

League of Legends will be turning two this month, and with our second birthday closing in, we started feeling a bit nostalgic. With this in mind, we’re pleased to unveil the League of Legends Interactive Timeline. On this timeline, you can view all the upgrades that have been added to League of Legends since our launch back in October of 2009.

A lot can happen in a couple of years, and we think you’ll all agree that the game’s grown quite a bit since then. There have been quite a few developments in the world of Runeterra, including LeaverBuster innovations, two new maps in the matchmaking system, AI opponents, ranked games and ladders, and over 44 new champions in the League of Legends lineup!
