Didn't the last JoJ say that Jarvan captured some mysterious prisoners?

Also, Jarvan killed a dragon, maybe she's out for revenge, *ahem*, justice.

Why 2 different weapons on each set of soldiers......but their armor looks the same

maybe. it doesn't look like the ones in the third panel has belts, while the elites has belts .... big giant belts.

it's probably something like a D&D dragon character who has lived with dragons for most/all of their life in seclusion.

i cant believe people still dont get it when it was basically stated in the sneakpeak
she is the "dark" side of Demacia like Talon except a chick and 1000x cool

go back several JoJ's ago and Jarvan IV said he already found a girl when he was asked. maybe this is her?
